Head Chef / Owner

With 15 years extensive experience in menu development, food preparation, and culinary staff management, staff training, hiring at Indian restaurants and California cuisine. Well versed in handling food inventory and ordering supplies. Professional chef with 13 years of extensive experience in restaurant and three years experience of ownership running Indian and Nepali restaurant. For Indra, food is both science and art. He has immense passion to innovate food items, especially through fusion of various concepts.
